If you are supplying multiple tickets as evidence then this should be the cost of an individual ticket (not the total of all tickets combined).
  • A scan or photograph of your season ticket and photo card for ALL season ticket claims.
  • TOC Smartcard number and the receipt/booking confirmation.
  • If you have a smartcard issued by another train company, provide the card number and the receipt/booking confirmation showing details of the ticket(s) held on your smartcard.
  • If you no longer have your tickets please upload proof of purchase, such as redacted credit card or bank statement
